Since this is my first update about the contest, I thought I would share my weight loss over the past 10 weeks.
- Week 1 – 14.5 lbs (a lot of water weight!)
- Week 2 – 2.0 lbs
- Week 3 – 3.9 lbs
- Week 4 – 3.9 lbs
- Week 5 – 1.0 lb
- Week 6 – 1.0 lb
- Week 7 – 0.9 lb
- Week 8 – 12.2 lb
- Week 9 – 0.6 lb

- Week 10 – 7.5 lb
So, there you have it. A total of 47.5 lbs in 10 weeks. Weeks 5 thru 7 were tough. These were the weeks shortly after the move into our new home where I really struggled to stay focused. However, I have been kicking butt for over three weeks now. I think I’ve got a formula down that really works. If I can continue to lose 6 to 8 lbs a week for the next two weeks, I could end up winning this thing! How awesome is that!
And don’t worry, if I figure out the key to consistent weeks of rapid weight loss, I’ll share the secret with everyone!

Oh My! I’m his wife and picturing him wearing a speedo in public gives me the willies. Rest assured, Kelly, you are safe from such a public display of…masculinity.
